Disappointing Our room was not clean when we arrived. We were told to hang a sign for room service which we did not have. Had to make 3 trips to front desk for toilet paper because once we got the sign 2 days later and then hung it on the door, our room still wasn't cleaned. We left without clean towels and trash being changed after 5 days. The pool and location to walk to the beach

Bad It wasn’t the cleanest place , room and bathroom smelled musty , the tub drains so slow so your standing in your shower water the entire shower .couldn’t get clean towels when needed , then when able to the next day the gave me an issue with how many I needed (6 for the 6 people in my room) , a housekeeper came in my room while I was out without permission and every time I bring it up I get ignored or the staff starts a new conversation. Bad My room smelled like mildew. The room was not cleaned during our stay and we had to beg for towels. In addition the phone in the room did not work at all. The refrigerator on the outside look like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The pool and close to the beach.

It was a convenient location. Easy to get in and off the property by car. There was no elevator. Quiet atmosphere

Ok, but aggravating stay Had to request towels 4 times and I ended up going down to the office the 4th time to get them. Our room had no shower curtain. Also requested 4 times and never got one. Hard to take a shower without a curtain to keep water where it belongs. No elevator anywhere. I hurt my knee pretty badly and we were on the 3rd floor, so it was very difficult to get to our room and back downstairs plus we had a small child with us. Very Poor The hallways smelled like human pee. My booking was not there when I arrived, 30 mins later I was given a room. We left and went to another hotel.

Fair 30 mins to check in. Small bathroom with tiny sink. First room wasn’t clean. A lot of weed smoke. Friendly/helpful staff. Easy beach access. Nice pool
