Disappointing We never got our room service towels or pillows like we asked, the room was filthy to the point we bought our own broom. We paid extra for a beach view… that was not at all a beach view There was a bed

Room for improvement. 1st pay for parking after renting room. 2nd pillows limited, small, uncomfortable, cheap sheets and blankets. 3rd poor wifi, tv channels constantly in and out. Impossible to watch tv program. 4th trash piled up in stairwell. Location and amenities.

Booking lists the addition fees under property on the left side of the reservation screen. Nice location and pool, dirty rooms and no help/ service. There was no housekeeping service (the “maid service please” sign was ignored every morning) and we would have to go to the front desk to request clean towels, of which they were usually out of. The phone in the room did not work, the door to our balcony was broken and would not lock and sometimes would blow open in the wind. Spoke with front desk multiple times, but nothing was fixed. Disappointing Room flooded after a storm. Asked someone to mop no one came. Never got any maid service when asked. Only view was of the busy road

Not happy with my stay. We arrived early for check in and they said our room was not available. We were understandable. So we waited to arrive at 4:00 pm normal check in time and our room was still not available. So we waited until 6:00 pm to finally check into our room.
