Disappointing Room flooded after a storm. Asked someone to mop no one came. Never got any maid service when asked. Only view was of the busy road

I am so sorry to hear about that Tiffany, I will certainly look into the lack of response. however I am sure it was a pretty hectic time as these summer storms come in fast, and I'm sure you saw. I will also look into the lack of response on your maid service. We do not advertise any special view from our rooms, other than a few select rooms that have a beach view, sorry for the misunderstanding.

Fair The motel could have been more clean. There was sand on the floor when we got there and the bathroom smelled like urine.

Not happy with my stay. We arrived early for check in and they said our room was not available. We were understandable. So we waited to arrive at 4:00 pm normal check in time and our room was still not available. So we waited until 6:00 pm to finally check into our room. One of the mornings our room door didn’t lock when we went to leave the room. It took 3 hours until someone was able to fix the issue. Décevant, les photos sur le site donnent une image inexacte de l’état réel de l’hôtel Absence d’ascenseur avec escaliers très étroits. Hôtel nécessitant une rénovation, peinture écaillée… La propreté de la chambre était correcte mais les abords et les couloirs n’étaient pas propres ni accueillants La piscine et le parking

It was horrible. The floors were dirty The beds were uncomfortable The bathroom was dirty The location of the pool was perfect for my kids

We will NOT be staying here, ever again. :( The room was *disgustingly* dirty. The pillows, silverware, cups, plates, bathroom floor, bed box springs, sand all over the floors…not a corner of the room had been cleaned prior to our arrival. When I asked for extra towels to clean the room myself, it took housekeeping over an hour to get them to us, delaying us going to dinner. The smell of weed everywhere was overwhelming.
