Overall it wasn’t bad for the price, but could use better management to make sure things run smooth. The check in time was 4 but I arrived around 2 and let them know I was there. They said the room wasn’t ready yet and check in wasn’t until 4. So I left and happily came back at 4 to find out the room still wasn’t ready. I ended up having to wait until 4:30 to get the room keys. They didn’t have a bathroom for me to utilize while I waited for the room, they told me I had to go across the street to the restaurant. Bad The place is dumpy in my opinion. I'm glad I left. I'd rather stay somewhere else. Not much. Not very friendly and seemed like they could care less about checking in.

Pésimo la peor estancia que he tenido Un mal olor a húmedo y como que nunca asiaran el toilet desde que llegamos estaba entapiado no ponen ni toalla y eran las tres de la mañana y las personas asiendo un gran relajo en la piscina no los dejaron dormir las camas todas con mal olor y sucias definitivamente no les recomiendo que vengan a este lugar Nada

Nice staff but too expensive for the facility. The line at check-in was very long and the lobby was too small to accommodate the waiting guests. The TV kept freezing, preventing view and enjoyment of any show in its entirety. At one point the cable went out totally and didn't come back on for a long extended period of time, and once resumed it continued to freeze up every few seconds. Hello Cheryl, I am very sorry about the problems with the television. I have dish network working on the problem. The restaurant is open 7 days a week 7am-2pm. Big Peckers bar and grill located across the street is open until late night, I do hope you enjoyed your stay and will visit us again soon.
Disappointing. Asked for early check in 3 times. Room wasn’t ready for check in @ 4, couldn’t check in til 5. Room not the cleanest. Not enough linen. Staff not super attentive. No elevator. Only stairs for second/third floor access. Not enough parking. Balcony door was very difficult to open. AC was leaky and smelled weird. Shower pressure wasn’t very good. No shower curtain, just clear liner that appeared old with soap scum. Location, access to the beach, pool.

Kaitlyn, I looked for a reservation under your name and could not find one. I would like to know which room you were in so I can address the door and AC issues as well as replace the shower curtain. Linen can be requested and brought to you at any time. And although there is no elevator you may book a ground floor room. We are hoping to install an elevator in the near future.
