Large room, everything else lacks. Pool was dirty, rooms other than the bathroom were not the cleanest. The pool area needs an overhaul, does not look like the pictures. The rooms were big and the bathroom was very clean.

The staff was amazing and super accommodating but the hotel itself needs a lot of work.. The room was really hot and mold was growing in the bathroom and on the ceiling. The microwave was rusted and the inside was peeling ( extremely dangerous) the hallways were moldy and smelled really bad. The floor in the room was extremely dirty and they never had clean towels. We loved the location and how it’s close to the beach.

Fair The room that we initially booked was not very clean and missing bedding when we arrived. Surfaces were clean but the floors were full of sand. Some is expected as we were at the beach but the bathroom I think was missed in the cleaning process several times. I unfortunately had a traumatic accident while at the beach and dislocated my knee. Disappointing There are no elevators and we were on the 3rd floor. It made unpacking and packing hard! The noise level was HORRIBLE!! I had to call the front desk a couple times to complain. It continued until after 2am! The location was great! Pool was nice!

I was highly disappointed in this hotel. It was not worth the money that we paid. They need to take better care of the r It was dirty. Our room didn’t even look like it was cleaned. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they sent house keeping back up to the room. We left for dinner and when we came back, the only thing I noticed that was done by house keeping, was the garbage was changed. The location was nice.

Poor
It was very very disappointing and not clean or up to anyones standards The room was dirty. The bedding was dirty we went and bought our own sheets for the three beds. The air conditioner was cover with black mold which I cleaned also. Bathroom was also not clean. Close to the beach

It was an everyday crap show; spent entirely too much time chasing staff to do their jobs Wifi continuously was cutting off. A/c was not clean at all. Dirty dishes in cabinets put away as if clean, cigarette put out in a coffee mug from a prior guest. Lacking cooking utensils and dish ware and pits and pans. As a child I stayed at this facility (known as the Beachmark then) with my family. We would rent several rooms. it is n when we arrived our room was filthy dirty. there was sand all over the floor, dirty sheets and bed spread, bathroom had hair and more dirt on floor. the toilet had crusted urine on the back near the tank.
