The room was very cute and in a good location but the overall stay was bad. The room was filthy. How dirty everything was The room was well designed

It was not great but it was okay Full service was not what we expected, they only changed the bedsheets, pillow cases and towels, did not clean anything else. Location was nice, beach was ok, room was good but it was not very clean when we came in.

Hotel was very nasty and they would not give money back The dishes and towels was dirty with stains the air conditioner was not blowing cool air also if you book through 3rd party you have to pay for parking and if hotel is full you have to park off property. They cleaned the pool before open it

Mehhh Floors were extremely dirty and left our feet black on the soles. The bathroom smelled horribly of urine. Staff are not friendly and had attitudes with us asking for more towels... They gave us four in each room even though 6 people were booked in one and five in the other.... Same for pillows. Overall it wasn’t bad for the price, but could use better management to make sure things run smooth. The check in time was 4 but I arrived around 2 and let them know I was there. They said the room wasn’t ready yet and check in wasn’t until 4. So I left and happily came back at 4 to find out the room still wasn’t ready. Bad The place is dumpy in my opinion. I'm glad I left. I'd rather stay somewhere else. Not much. Not very friendly and seemed like they could care less about checking in.
