Nice staff but too expensive for the facility. The line at check-in was very long and the lobby was too small to accommodate the waiting guests. The TV kept freezing, preventing view and enjoyment of any show in its entirety. At one point the cable went out totally and didn't come back on for a long extended period of time, and once resumed it continued to freeze up every few seconds. Hello Cheryl, I am very sorry about the problems with the television. I have dish network working on the problem. The restaurant is open 7 days a week 7am-2pm. Big Peckers bar and grill located across the street is open until late night, I do hope you enjoyed your stay and will visit us again soon.
Disappointing. Asked for early check in 3 times. Room wasn’t ready for check in @ 4, couldn’t check in til 5. Room not the cleanest. Not enough linen. Staff not super attentive. No elevator. Only stairs for second/third floor access. Not enough parking. Balcony door was very difficult to open. AC was leaky and smelled weird. Shower pressure wasn’t very good. No shower curtain, just clear liner that appeared old with soap scum. Location, access to the beach, pool.

Kaitlyn, I looked for a reservation under your name and could not find one. I would like to know which room you were in so I can address the door and AC issues as well as replace the shower curtain. Linen can be requested and brought to you at any time. And although there is no elevator you may book a ground floor room. We are hoping to install an elevator in the near future.

Disappointing Housekeeping just barges into your room. The door knob to the balcony was tampered. The toilet is rather small. The tv was broken 16 minute drive from the boardwalk and 5 to the beach. Pool was a good size

If you ever encounter something like this, please report it to the front desk. The front desk also could have replaced your television. We will be renovating all of the bathrooms this coming off season.

Norma, I do apologize for the smoking issues. It is a no smoking property, and we do our best to monitor the outside smoking. Please call down to the desk at any time if someone is smoking in a non smoking area so we may handle it.
We had a good time, but will not likely return to this hotel. It was not cleaned well. The beds were too small. The stairwells were dark and steep. The property as not cleaned until 5 pm It had a nice pool and was close to the beach.

Pamala, Or rooms are advertised with 2 double beds and a pull out sofa bed. We have staff on throughout the day and night addressing the trash in the hall and pool areas. I will address the lighting in the stairwells and check all of the bulbs. Thank you for bringing these issues to my attention.
Below expectations, Room was not clean and I ask for room service several times which they don’t answer , for 3 nights they kept us with their grubby un clean room, , last moment they bring a bed sheet. After I ask so many times , especially one of their front desk staff was so unprofessional, disrespectful in addition to this she took my money for no reason $50 +$31.8. Hello, We received numerous calls each day for service to your room. I am sorry the staff was unable to accommodate your requests. They are very busy with 96 rooms to clean. When you checked in you signed a registration card informing you that anything you needed could also be given at the front desk. There was no money taken from you. Fair Stained towels, stained bedding, grimy floors Started the stay by falling down the uneven steps at the office and hurt my ankle resulting in a boot. Then was given a third floor room (with no elevator) and had to hike up the steepest steps ever. Upon getting into the room the room was not cleaned as we found trash from previous guests and food crumbs all over the floor and hair in the shower drain. Aside from the uncleanliness of the rooms it wasn’t an awful room.
