do not go if you are handicapped! the service no towels given after the first day no extra trash bags no elevator no ramps no parking not close to the boardwalk not equipped for a handicap person . no lifeguard children ran around . to much money for the accommodation will not stay again not equipped for handicapped. close to the beach

Would not go back ever again! Extremely dirty throughout entire room but especially the bathroom. It didn’t appear that our room was cleaned from the last guest that stayed there. Toilet seats dirty and hair stuck to them. Sink and tub had old dirt and hair in it. Blood stained pillow. They gave us a whopping 2 towels and 2 washcloths for a family of 5. Fair Needs remodeled…. The refrigerator had a regular light bulb in it and the other one was spray painted. The rooms were not properly cleaned between and one of our rooms had no linen. Location and pool

I really wished I read all the reviews before booking here and wasting my money Dirty. Staff was rude. Called before check in to see if we could check in earlier who ever was on the phone said yes so when we went there we still had hours to wait. The person at the front desk said it would be after 4 after whoever was supposed to inspect the room. Floors and walls dirty. Mattress sunk in the middle. Wouldn’t stay again Extremely dirty. Trash everywhere and chicken bones all over the steps and there the entire stay. No mattress covers just a thin sheet. Two out of 3 towels we had were dirty. Asked for more. We got two towels that took 12 hours to get and we had 4 people. We just used our beach towels. The bathroom smelled of urine so bad I could barley go in it. Fair There were pieces of a broken green glass bottle at the bottom of the stairwell up to the second floor during our entire stay. Upon arrival a trash bag was sitting in the second floor stairwell for over a day that smelled like a fraternity rager, beer and vomit. The patio door to our room did not stay closed. Room smelled like mildew, had water issues. Pool was big and clean

We have stayed here for many years (when it was The Beachmark), however the new ownership is not an improvement by any m Dirty towels/wash cloths, never given the amount of towels for the amount of people in the room, dried blood on the walls, broken glass on the floor on the way out to the pool, smoke alarm beeping in the room next door (never addressed even though we reported it), sand all over the floor of our room from previous people, broken chairs and umbrellas at the pool, & chicken bones on the tables by the pool jus... read more

Fair the beds were not comfortable and the toilet was aweful to flush and had to do it numerous times. the pool was really nice and I liked it was close to the beach
