Our salesman, Rich, was extremely supportive and customer centric. When we explained our needs, he quickly adapted and found us the car that we wanted. He anticipated a missing part on the car and ordered it in advance. We very much appreciated Rich's recognition that our time was valuable. This is my second vehicle from JBA. Their new facility is very nice, with more of a true luxury-brand feel. The staff is engaging, and their inventory selection is impressive.
Everyone went out of their way to get me exactly what I needed. I can not say enough great things about this dealer. I drove 2 hours to get there and did not mind one bit due to their service. I would tell everyone that if you want to buy an Infinity, go to this dealer, you will not be sorry.
The people are friendly and go out of their way to help you out; the facility is brand new and offers internet connection, snacks, beverages, coffee, etc. And they give you a complimentary car wash with the service!
By far, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. If you are buying an Infiniti, do not go anywhere else. I found the entire staff at JBA to be friendly and professional and I was extremely pleased with the entire process.
I initially intended to purchase one vehicle but ended up purchasing two based on the superior level of customer service provided to me. The high level of service did not stop when I left the lot with my vehicles. Rich has been extremely helpful with concerns about both vehicles. He personally delivered the tags for one of my vehicles to my home because the temp tags were about to expire. It is based on his optimal customer service that I feel comfortable giving the dealership high ratings.
Paige and Ricky were very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic throughout this whole process. They offered me a great deal, and made the whole car buying process easy and hassle free. Would recommend them to anyone else looking to buy a car.
My sales and service experience has been the best till date of all the car dealerships I've been to. I've not experienced the pressure tactics which are common among the car sales/service personnel in other dealerships.
