The service manager was very professional and knowledgeable. The waiting area is well furnished and has nice ambient environment. The staff are friendly in their dealing. I would recommend JBA service center without reservation.

Walked in on a busy day not intending to buy a car. Walked out with an Infiniti Q50 Red Sport. Everything you hope for in car shopping: ease in a transaction, very efficient and knowledgeable staff, And then driving away in one bad xxx car.
Sales and finance are A 1...recieved a very good finance rate and the customer service was above my expectations. I had all of my concerns addressed by the staff and my purchase was seamless and efficient.
I inquired about an infiniti online and Steve Weissberg at JBA did everything he could to make the deal happen, and it did! They had everything ready and waiting for us when we arrived and the experience went very smoothly.
I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Huge inventory, great customer service, best service ever. Affordable prices and great discounts.
