JR and crew make life more efficient! They have added so much to the ease of long-term ownership of my Infiniti and my wife's Infiniti. My wife and I have purchased 4 Infiniti vehicles from JBA over the years and JR, the service crew, and the convenience of the JBA dealership location are huge reasons why.

Good service however if I'm under warranty why would there be a diagnostic charge?
Starting with my call to my Service Rep., Bryon (J.R.), I already had the confidence from years of honesty, support and results that this appointment would not be any less. I am very pleased to have a service report like him and also very happy to have JBA Infinity service my car. I am thankful for one less stress in life.
