JR fit me right in at the last minute.

JR (Byron Smith) ... service consultant greeted me in a professional manner. As it turned out we held a lot in common. Both have the love of old cars. He very quickly set me up to have my 2015 Q50S serviced. JR and the mechanic Chris corrected the problem with my vehicles brakes. Very happy with the results !! JBA's employees were very courteous and made me feel relaxed and comfortable in the waiting area. 5 Stars to JBA !!
I love being able to call my vehicle in and get it serviced the same week. I came in from the field in emergency and JBA was able to get me in the next day. JR is awesome. Thanks-JBA-!
