I've been going to JBA Infiniti since my purchase back in Oct 2006. I always come back for my maintenance. JR is always helpful and straight to the point about my needs and concerns for my 2007 M35x

I'm not sure of the guys name that I worked with but he did a terrible job of explaining to me what I needed done to my car. He didn't show me anything he just wrote different parts down and the price. Wasn't a pleasant visit. More than likely will never bring my car back there under any circumstances.
