After checking JBA Infiniti's website searching for an AWD vehicle, I w ent into the dealership on the last day of month which was September 30 and spoke with Mack who was very knowledgable about the 2011 Infiniti M37x that I was interested in and which I ended up purchasing that evening.
All staff are very professional. Service advisor very knowledgeable and only recommends what is needed and not oriented towards dealership profit. Vehicle is returned washed and very clean inside and out. Waiting area is very comfortable. Highly recommend JBA Infiniti.
My Service Consultant, Byron Smith is very professional. He checked for recalls and completed the recalls. The cost of duplicate key is too expensive. I anticipate my vehicle being washed when picking up but it was not done. That is not the tradition l experienced and enjoyed before.
Byron (aka JR) was able to fit me in for an oil change service without having made a prior appointment on a weekend. The service was completed quickly at a reasonable price. The car was washed as usual and the waiting room was very comfortable. Very satisfied!
JBA Infiniti's customer service is above expectations! Scheduling and customer service are 5 stars! The staff is friendly and strives to make the experience a pleasant one.
I've owned 4 Infiniti's over the past 20 years and JBA has serviced them all. They deliver quality service at competitive prices and provide customers with a comfortable waiting area. What differentiates them for me is the fact that so many of their staff have been there for years. If they were not being treated well I doubt they would have stuck around. I've been taking my Infiniti G35 to JBA since I purchased it as a used car from them over five years ago. Most of the time, my service appointments have been handled by Byron Smith, better known as "JR", who has proven to be one of the best service people I have ever encountered. He seems to genuinely care about you and your car and he almost makes getting your car serviced a pleasure. I waited almost a year to write this review, I wanted to see how this preowned car with 29,000 miles and one year old performed a year later. So far no problems, it's been a good car, a little high on gas, getting 23-24 mpg highway. Rides nice, acceleration kicks in like lightening around 30 mph. My 2002 BMW 330 had faster initial acceleration and a smother transmission, but it was ridiculously expensive to maintain and became very unreliable.
