Long distance internet sale generated through Autotrader for a new, last year's model G37. Negotiations went very well--very straightforward. Excellent service and coordination with the shipment. Good followup and attention to details after the sale. Would recommend working with Salvatore Pasta.
The dealership makes buying a car a great experience... They let me drive the car too show my parents... They are VERY FRIENDLY and go out of their way to make sure you are happy and that you drive away with the best deal !!! Sal Pasta is a great sales person and made buying my Infiniti a GREAT experience... The entire staff was amazing... I highly recommend buying a car from JBA... THEY are the BEST when it comes to customer service.... AND I LOVE my 2011 G25X !!!
My experience at JBA Infiniti was the best automobile buying experience ever. My wife and I submitted an online inquiry and received a phone call from Jason (Internet Sales Manager) within minutes of hitting the "submit inquiry" button. Jason arranged a visit to the dealership to discuss desired option packages, available colors, etc., on our visit we were acquainted with the vehicle (and not pressured for a quick sale). Here I am again, 2 years and 3 months later.................I took my wife's 2011 G37x in for an oil change and left J.B.A. with a 2013 M37x. I cannot say anything about Jason Richardson and the staff at J.B.A. Infiniti that wasn't already said in my first review. The way that we're going, it looks like I'll be submitting another review in late 2015 or early 2016.
In the past year, I’ve purchase two Infiniti vehicles with JBA Infiniti in Ellicott City, MD. I had an absolutely wonderful experience here at JBA Infiniti in Ellicott City! I was greeted in such a manner that was welcoming and not at all pushy. My experience at JBA Infiniti was very positive and resulted in the purchase of a used M35. I called the dealership on a Thursday and was given to Rich Robbins. Rich patiently listened to some of my questions and then to my experiences up to that point. I am not big on high pressure sales people. Matt was easy to work with. he is a relativelyt new sales person and on questions that I had that he did not have answers for he was quick to fin out the answer and get back to us. My schedule is pretty tight and Matt was great at getting back to me qucikly. I previously purchased a G35 from JBA and JR in the service department has been great. On march 19 i purchased a EX35 from JBA and sales represenitive Rich Robbins, i originally was looking to purchase a G35, working with rich with no pressure myself and my wife found the quality small suv we always wanted, the service was outstanding again there was no pressure they gave us the monthly payments we wanted with no problem, i HIGHLY recommend if your looking for a used or new infiniti go to JBA auto, this is the third vehicle i have purchased from them my very first was a 04 g35 then i traded that in for an 08 G... read more
