Great team. They did fast work and helped get through the process quickly. They fixed some existing scratches in the car as they indicated they would.
Best place to purchase a car in the Baltimore area hands DOWN! I really like the new shop and the service area has a lot of things to keep you busy as you wait for your car to complete service. Oh! Don't forget about their free car washes!

Best service I have ever experienced at any dealer. Brandy the service associated was extremely helpful and displayed exceptional professionalism. I brought my car on a Saturday for a general service but noticed my Service Engine Soon Light was activated. They kept my car and gave me a loaner car (which was the same type I was driving). The car took 2 days to service due to the diffculty of the alarm. She gave me daily status checks until the problem was resolved. I was very pleased with the service that my husband and I received at JBA Infiniti Ellicott City.The employee that we worked with was Sal Pasta, he was very Friendly and very helpful, We are missing a part to our cd changer and he has been very helpful getting that replaced he calls to keep me updated on the status of when I should be receiving a new one. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends and would tell them to ask for Sal because he was great.

We are still waiting to see if a couple items we requested are available for our used car but have not heard of any updates of anything lately. We do feel the whole team worked with us get the price we wished to pay every month. You don't get all if the perks when you buy a used car verses a new car but it was still a good experience.
I was in the market for a specific vehicale and JBA happened to have one in stock. I was leary about driving an hour to an auto dealership, having had bad experiences at dealerships in the past that wound up wasting a lot of my time because they played games.
