JBA's service team is polite, energetic and the price was right.
Customer service representative was fine but tried to tell me I needed brake rotors when my sub only had 51800 miles. He did not liked it when I told is was unnecessary to change the rotors but just resurface it. I had problems with him before though. In the end it didn't look like the rotors were resurfaced but I was charged for the service. Brake does not feel right as it takes hard force on the pedal to stop the suv.

I was treated like long lost family by JR. The whole staff that I encountered, were thorough, very professional and pleasant. It was a pleasant experience, not to mention that my car was sparkling clean, when I got it back.
