My visit was fast and everything was taken care of.
I called at the last minute to see if I could drop by for an oil/filter change & car wash. JR was friendly, accommodating and quick to say yes. When I arrived 6 minutes later, I found myself in a line behind 6 cars which had arrived since my call. The friendly and very efficient young gentleman who checked me in (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) assured me that they could do the job.
