Today I purchsed a G37X and the experience was great. Rich was friendly, informative and accomodating. We discussed a lease, took a test drive and he explained all the details in full. I never felt pressured or intimidated by the GM or Sales manager. I would reccomend JBA to anyone looking for a great car and a fair price with no hassle.
It was a pleasure working with Rich – the entire process was absolutely great! We agreed on a mutually acceptable lease-price with no time consuming nonsense and unnecessary sales tricks. Pleasant,curtious,prompt salesman. Got deal I was looking for with very little effort.Very comfortable environment. This is the first completely satisfying car buying experience I have ever had.It was a real pleasure to have Salvatore Pasta for my salesman. All the staff were very congenial.
I did not purchase my car from JBA but the salesman was extremely accommodating and patient when he familiarized me with many aspects of the car. The overall experience with this car dealership was excellent. I would definitely consider purchasing from this dealership when I am ready to trade in!
Everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to deal with, esp. Rich Robbins who explained all details in a professional and clear way. Sal was very friendly and all round nice guy to deal with. Sal should get a raise!! My experience with Sal was great. I would remmend all my friends to him. I recently purchased a used car from JBA and as a college grad buyer - I was scared. Steve helped me with the process and made sure I was comfortable thought the whole deal. JBA and their sales associates are super-friendly and weren't "pushy" like other dealerships i.e. CarMax. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have bought my last 5 cars from here and honestly I don't trust any other dealer besides JBA. They are honest, delivery on time, and the process is smooth. I recommend JBA for first time buyers to lifetime buyers. As a lifetime buyer from JBA - What more can you ask for?
Great experience. I shopped all the infiniti dealerships within a 50 mile radius and JBA gave me the best price. I felt very comfortable with dealing with them and felt like the GM, Dan was a straight forward guy. I would buy from them again and recommend them.
