My sales person was great . Dealership on the other hand not so much damaged my tailgate while I was signing papers had to have it in the body shop not even a week after having it , in which while repairing the tailgate damaged the inside of the tailgate which I am now getting replaced again . While they are repairing , shouldn’t have to go through all this with a brand new vehicle
Nothing but negatives from this dealership. Would never use again. They don’t stand by their products
I will never due business here again. Delivered a vehicle with a known transmission problem, took 3 months to get tags, and I had to do all the leg work and out source 2 separate warranty issues they wouldn’t fix.
I waited 2 hours for an oil change, no happy at all. For me to come back You have to give me another oil and filter tire rotation an NO CHARGE.
The service rep that that assigns a maintenance rep to your required work was very disgruntled and general portrayed someone who didn't want to be there. Mildly confrontational. The work done was done in a timely manner but while conducting the recall they somehow knocked or caused the pressure modulator for the passenger side loose. While driving the next day I kept hearing a rattle. After noticing a plastic square item loose between the cab and bed of the truck, I took it back in the following day. Just went in for oil change and tire rotation, inflated my tires way to much
