General Motors sent an over the air update to my Chevy. The update failed. I took my Chevy to JBA Chevrolet for a manual update. The update failed. I was charged $185.00 for the unsuccessful Service update. The original update that GM sent was at no cost. I was informed by JBA service department that the Radio Module would cost $600.00 for the part and $600 for labor. I declined the fix at that time. GM sent an over the air update to my Chevy. I thought their shuttle service was horrible. I waited 45 minutes being patient as I could. After asking how much longer, I was told the guy would be around shortly. He showed up. Come to find out that he is shuttling between two different dealerships. They can do better.

What a ripoff! $1400 for fluid changes, and no military discount. Then they quoted me for $1600 brake job. I will NEVER come back to JBA for Service or to buy another vehicle.

JBA has one thing going for it, the sales department. For almost 20 years I have avoided dealing with this service department at all costs. I never purchase any extended care plans, oil changes or anything that might indirectly result in me having to deal with the service department unnecessarily. The costs are excessive. Had my car 5 days. Replaced $500 part. Engine light still on when I picked it up. Needed to replace a much cheaper part said they should have found it in the first place. Don't think I needed the other one in the first place.

They didn’t do my alignment on my 2016 Chevy Malibu and I really that service was included. I would appreciate my tires rotated. That will be complimentary done. Then I will like to trade that car in immediately.

This dealership is a joke. Purchased a brand new truck and unfortunately they did not get the pay off amount accurate so they expected us to pay off the balance. Not the way a trade works nor is is our fault their financing dept is incompetent.
