Schedule an appointment to have oil change and brakes done. Dropped my truck off at 9:30am and was told I would receive a phone call for cost on brakes shortly. I asked if brakes would get done that day and was assured they would. After waiting all day I called at 4pm to check on my brakes to find out nothing was done and then was put on hold so they could give me a price. The service was quick, but that was about the only positive aspect of my visit. The service did not seem to be efficient. Two lights were left on after my oil change, so I had to return to dealership. Even after someone came out to fix it, one light was STILL on, and someone had to come out again. He referenced a new tech, but still his work needs to be checked by a supervisor, in my opinion. 2000 miles new Chevy trailblazer and check engine for purge valve and I pay for this car full price.! Junk car .! Service is good but I am not happy with Chevy

i was today in the dealer for following service but they finished in 5 minutes literally they dont checked the whole truck for any other problem i was expecting they check my breaks and tire rotation because thats include in my package but nope, i am disappointed for the service today

My brand New C8 Roof was damaged because the Seller didn’t know how to place it in the trunk he never locked it in Properly that caused a chip in the paint.Brought it back to get repaired and it looked terrible!

This is the second time that I have had my oil changed and my tires were not rotated or the pressure checked. This is my own fault for not checking before I left the dealership, but I shouldn't have too. I checked the pressure myself and 3 of 4 tires were 12-18 lbs under inflated. If this is included in a regular oil change and all fluids/brakes etc. are supposed to checked, what else was overlooked or just ignored.

I was very upset with putting my last $1000 down that I had. The car has to be refueled often. The car did not have a full tank of gas on delivery.
