"Not trustworthy " Bought a used vehicle change oil light was on asked them to change it, they said yeah I get home and check the oil is dirty and low so they lied to me.Lucky for me I had a feeling they were lying

"2019 ZL1/1LE" Sales people are nothing special my experience was I wanted to purchase a vehicle that wasn't in stock so they found vehicle and their starting point on pricing was 71k roughly. The vehicle that they found was a vehicle that I had already contacted that particular dealer about and that dealers starting point was 63k for vehicle. So apparently I walked in with a big sign on me that said stupid and uninformed

"Worst service ever" Made a evening appointment (4:30) because of work. When scheduled, told representative I needed an oil change, brakes (making noise) & air filter. Get there & waited 5 minutes to get service. Then told representative again that I needed brakes & air filter. After waiting 1 hour & 45 minutes they called my name just to tell me, I needed front brakes plus air & cabin filters. The only thing they did was the oil change. I was so pissed off. "Complete fail" I took my 2017 Silverado in for two issues. Check engine light and reduced power mode and car play problems. I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning. I called at 2:30 pm, 5:30 pm, then 6:45 pm when I finally received an update and apology for forgetting to call me to provide an update. I was told my truck would not be ready that day, but would be the following day. "Not good" Don't buy a car used car from this dealership got repped off and lied to never informed the car was in a accident and the did not give me a car fax
"So so experience " I took my carcin for traction control issue. I did receive a loaner car for the day. I was told that someone would contact me when car was done. I dropped my car off at 7:30ish. Never received a call so I called about 5:00 to see what the status was and my vehicle was finished. I was on the list for a call. So paper work was not complete. "Terrible Customer Service" Was in this dealership for 20 minutes without anyone saying a word to me. Plenty of available employees but I guess I looked too young!
"First Truck Purchase" Showed up already knowing which truck I was interested in due to looking at their online inventory. Walked out with a new 2018 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab Standard Bed 4WD LT Z71 for less than their online price. I ended up being Noah's first sale and couldn't have asked for a nicer salesman.
"Not so Honest" JBA was great on the purchase of my first truck. This time however i felt lied to. I found the truck i wanted and was told the bumper had to be repainted due to a scratch from the transporter. I was fine with that and purchased the truck. Upon showing my new truck to a friend who does body work and painting, he pointed out what i had not noticed.
