Not happy how we were treated. Told we needed front and rear brakes, took to another independent shop and turns out we only needed front rears Plus I was charged $85.00 for brake inspection. I thought the multi point inspection would cover that. Most likely not going back for service.

Jason was to pushy and One of the finance manager was very rude lol short sets right in the front of the finance department he Jason said it was his manager And only because they had the card that I wanted, so I wasn’t gonna let them steal my joy

Avoid this dealership when possible. I continue to experience poor service for my vehicle at this dealership and plan to find other service options. I paid for a service that was not completed, and they refused to refund my money.
They did a lousy job by not fixing the original factory equipped tire warranty. I had to go to Tires Plus to fix the problem. JBA charged us a diagnostic fee and Tires Plus didn't.
