"“Shady Repairs”" My first repair at JBA Chevrolet was August 2017 for a heating/cooling problem. Since that date, I have taken it back three more times for the same problem. I returned again on 10/12/18. I was notified that they found the problem. The car needed a cooling coil and the cost was almost $1,000.00. Of course the 36,000 mile warranty had expired. I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze. I have replaced the battery 3 times, the thermostat, and now the transmission needs to be replaced. It hasn’t even been paid off yet! I complained to JBA and also GM corporate office. JBA charged me $130 to look at it. GM cannot do anything to help the situation. Customer service is not a priority. The transmission cannot even last until the car is paid off? Terrible product, never again.

I made my first oil change with JBA for my new Trax. Although I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment, the service writer (Lacie) took my Trax in and it was finished in 45 minutes.
John Kneisley in the last week I just purchased a brand new corvette. I had a written offer indicating the sale price of the corvette and accessories of $65,811.00. I informed Joe the sales manager I had a corvette to trade in. Joe returned with a new written offer to include the trade. I purchased a 2005 lincoln navigator from JBA in october 2016. The night i drove it home it broke down. It took them 4 attempts to repair the vehicle. This morning i went to replace a fog light and noticed the frame has a hole completely rusted through. I came in to JBA today and they said there is nothing they can do since they outsource their work to MR. TIRE. Like to throw in bogus fees into contract. When I refused to pay for inspection fees and bogus paperwork fees the salesman would not budge. Would not budge on list price, which ended up more then Internet price, nor bogus fees. Rip off artists. Do not buy there. Dealt with arrogant salesman. Ended up buying g from Tate of Glen Burnie. Better deal, less miles, no bogus fees. Finance guy was only professional there.
When I picked up my car, this was a recall repair, they brought my car to me with the door open. I got in and drove to a store. So when I came back to the car and tried to get into the car for the first time the door handle came out of the door. This was the first time I touched the door handle after I picked it up. Not only were they more than triple the cost of other shops they actually damaged my vehicle during inspection and expected me to pay for their negligence. I will never come here again!
