Charged for diagnostic after asking for the brakes to be fixed. The back brakes were fixed but front brakes were ignored. Get the car back the front brakes are making noise and smells. Took the vehicle back front brakes have to be fixed. Why was this not discovered after we were charged a diagnostic. We were told it wasn't an issue when fixed the vehicle, because of this we will no longer use your services.

My vehicle had no issues prior to getting my oil changed. After bringing my vehicle in for service, I now have issues with the turn signals, my front passenger wheel well and my settings have been altered. The service manager has blantenly refused to deal with the issues.

When I arrived for my service, I was told this was my last service that I had paid for. As far as I know, this was not my last service, as I had prepaid for changes of 100,000 miles. I let the person know that I thought I had more services. The service felt rushed this service, and no inspection of the vehicle seems to have been performed. Went for oil change, recall regarding modules and because the check engine light was on. The first two were taken care of but the check engine has come back on.
