I bought two $80,000 plus cars from this dealership in the last three years. My newest vehicle has an issue and cannot be driven with just 1700 miles driven on it. I called the service department and they refused to offer me a comparable car to use while they repair my car. The manager Matt Ingson was not understanding at all and took my frustration in stride, telling me that he was only able to supply me with a small/mid-size SUV in lieu of my large one.
Went in to buy a truck. Online price is a bait and switch they advertise $10,000 off the window sticker when you sit down to do numbers they give you the discount and then they have an addendum on the window sticker for over $2000 for market adjustment. Bought a car from them last week. They placed a false advertisement online about the car having 40/20/40 bench seat truck. Instead, the vehicle was a 5 seat truck. Either way, the salesman Mark was polite and helpful, and I really liked the truck. The finance manager was the opposite, no patience, short answers, and annoying (almost walked away because of his attitude). He got annoyed because I wanted to READ the documents I was signing. They told us to be the first people to see a new vehicle after inspection we basically had to come in and put a deposit down. A pre-payment so to speak. But would be refundable if, after we looked at it, we decided we didn't want it. My husband took the time to drive there that day only to be told, they don't take deposits and he would need to apply for financing right then and there in order to see this vehicle coming back from inspection. Their service department and manager Ben are extremely rude and if they mess your car up they will not take responsibility for it. I had an, what i thought was an easy fix, the hood of my truck when i brought it in was fine when i picked it up it was off on the drivers side and i brought it back the very next morning and they refused to fix it and were rude and nasty to me.

If you are looking for a car and are a woman and want to get taken advantage of and get the worst possible deal, then JBA is the place to go!! This is from a past experience some years ago. From reading other reviews, they have not changed one bit. As for details of purchasing a new vehicle, I put about 50% cash down and still paid list price and the financing was at 8%!!
