My name is Robert I called 3 times on5/17/21 to confirm my appointment I got hung up on or disconnected 3 times, I told the operator to cancel my appt for 5/19/2021 at 9am on my 4 call for my oil change. I have purchase 5 trucks for myself and my kids in the past 5 years we had a good run good luck. l will take my truck to Jiffy lube for service. Your customer service needs help.

Make a deal online with Charles and when we arrived we were passed around to several other salesmen and finally stuck with Larry. The absolute worst, he seemed to care less about helping us. The finance people inputted all address wrong on the paperwork and had poor attitudes as well. 10/10 would recommended going somewhere else, nobody we encountered seemed to care or have any desire to sell a car.

Apt was scheduled for 2pm, I got a call 41 minutes later asking me to come to the service department.
