They sold me a jeep wrangler with several issues including a check engine light on for the exhaust. I was told nothing was wrong it was just gas cap. I smelled exhaust inside jeep. They refused to fix it. Now just 7 months of owning a 20000 dollar vehicle the exhaust is falling apart. Also about 4 other repairs needed at this time. "Don't Ever Buy a Used Car From this Dealership" Contrary to the reviews for New Car Sales.... the Used Car Department leaves a Whole Lot to be desired when it comes to Customer Service! I've purchased a lot of cars over the years....(over 20) and I would say that JBA gave me the "Worst" Customer Service I've ever had. Not only did the Salesman not have a clue... but the Sales Manager did not have a Clue Either!.... There are many, Many other car dealers out there..... go to one of those

"Don’t ever go to JBA!" How can I give 0 stars? They’re HORRIBLE! They will do anything possible to get out of warranty work and will overcharge you for anything they can. I’d never ever recommend JBA, Chevrolet or GM.

"Car lasted less than 6 months" I purchased a car here in January 2019 for $11,775. It had 78k miles. The car died in June 2019 and needs a new engine. I had it towed to J.B.A. to honor the implied warranty, and they would not and ultimately said the engine will cost $5,900. I spoke with the Service Director Jim who was rude and arrogant and said “at what point does the purchase become your responsibility?” No ethics or basic decency. "not there after the deal " All went well until the deal was done. I wanted navigation it wasn't on the truck. I was told it could be installed at dealer cost. It took several phone calls and several visits to get the part. It came in $462 then instalation $222. What a deal. This is a Rocky Ridge not a base truck. That deal was completed. I traded 2 cars 1 truck on this truck. I had money coming back $8000. I have heard some great stories about the check. 15 days later still no check and I am waiting for the title on the 19.... read more
