This is my sixth car/truck that I have bought from JBA and have not had any major problems with any of them. Follow the remaining oil/tire pressure readings and you will be fine.

I needed a tire rotation with my oil change. They said they could not do the tire rotation. My wheel was shaking when I got my car back from oil change and ended up getting into an accident from a popped tire. They said my tires were still good. The shop that is fixing my car said they have no problem getting the tires off. This proved to me this dealership service lied and was very lazy.

The air conditioning worked for a while and then it stopped. The coolant still leaks !
I like this dealership but this last trip was not exactly the type of service I normally receive here.

They tried to rip me off. Told me my battery was bad in an effort to sell me one. The battery that was in the car was only 5 months old. While I was checking in a customer came in saying they needed a battery so that became the selling item. Then they told me all of my lug nuts were swollen so they couldn’t rotate my tires. One lug nut was missing the beauty cap so that meant the others had swollen. What a joke. Then to top it off the technician forgot to reset the oil light and had to be called back out to do that.

The people doing the tire rotation should be careful in removing the tires from the car. Couple of marks on my rims. I was disappointed there. Other than that the crew does good work.

I had a 7:30 appointment and my vehicle was not looked at until after 1:30. What is the point of having an appointment. This is not good customer service. It happens all the time, but this was the worst since I have been bringing my truck in (2016).

I should have never bought the vehicle with the interest rate but the financing office said that was the best they could do.

I bought a brand new equinox. I felt the salesman didn’t know much about the car. Me & my husband had to google the car to find anything on the car and how to use anything. They took the car to have it “detailed” for me. When they brought the car back to me after getting it ready, there was a scratch on the bumper.
