Have bought two cars in the past few months from JBA and plan on going back for our new ZL1 Camaro this summer. great customer service
Every time I go there I half to wait over 1 hr for them to just change the oil and maintenance no need to that to take that long they need to figure out why this is happening and fix the problem

I asked them to check my oil level bc it’s been low. They need to track it bc it’s been low. They never did. I feel it was on purpose bc the 5 year ends this month. They acted like oops no big deal. Very disappointed

I bought my car and was low balled on my trade in veichle claiming that my Jeep had been in a serious accident which was not true. Dealer sales aspect was okay but the service experience was sub standard! Techs aren't the most friendly and work requested wasn't completely done.

The experience was decent. We were very rushed and kind of threatened the first day we were there about the vehicles availability if we didn’t stay and miss personal things. Once we got the vehicle the next day i would give the detailing of the vehicle a 2 out 10. There was still dirt inside, some of the inside hadn’t been wiped down, the wheels were dirty. I was promised this amazing detailing of the vehicle.

Not a good experience again. Walk in no one greets me. I had to solicit a rep myself who I could get service with. One young lady said I could come to her (Rachel Disney) as I walk pass 2 other reps. Then once my service was completed, my vehicle was Parked out front next to a bush. It was so close the door could only be opened just enough for me to squeeze into my driver door. Very unprofessional and rude.

Throw a kid under the bus. Can not repair your car according to gm protocol so fix your own problem. Make more debt even if you can’t. Ot our problem we’re too big to worry about your little problem.
