Not a good experience again. Walk in no one greets me. I had to solicit a rep myself who I could get service with. One young lady said I could come to her (Rachel Disney) as I walk pass 2 other reps. Then once my service was completed, my vehicle was Parked out front next to a bush. It was so close the door could only be opened just enough for me to squeeze into my driver door. Very unprofessional and rude.

Throw a kid under the bus. Can not repair your car according to gm protocol so fix your own problem. Make more debt even if you can’t. Ot our problem we’re too big to worry about your little problem.

Service was awful. Vehicle was worse after service. Had to bring vehicle back because service department did do as requested.

poor customer service,made appointment for oil change service which always included tire rotation service complete no tire rotation asked why they said you must ask for it never did before ask to use my gm rewards was told i needed a reference # never did to lazy to look up account last service at jba.

I felt conned . The salesman told me their interest rates are better than most banks .why did I get 8.99 APR with good credit of 725 and a car going for 26k online end up being 40023..And it might be 52K cost if I pay minimum monthly payments! That is my experience!

The people at this dealership have no idea what they’re doing. It took me over a week and a half to bring home my car because the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing, causing an MVA flag so I couldn’t get a temp tag, and then there were issues with the car that should have been addressed before it was even sold. I was treated with disrespect for being a woman by multiple people. Our sales rep didn’t know the answer to literally any question we asked. I have purchased 3 vehicles from JBA my 2 children have purchased vehicles there and I have been very busy with work this year. My new vehicle has been out of alignment for a while since about 700 miles or so and with being busy with work I said at the 1st service I will let them know and get it covered by warranty. My oil didn't need a change until 8000 miles I took it in for service and I was told too bad it has too many miles on it. I had a discussion with the guy and I didn't get my alignment corrected.
