Always great service. Would not go anywhere else. The staff is warm and friendly. The waiting area is clean. The technicians seem to be very experienced in performing service on all of my vehicles.
Emailed JBA for a price quote, Rose set me up with Carri. She answered several questions and set me up for a Saturday appointment. I just purchased a new Chevy 2015 Silverado from JBA Glen Burnie and they were just great. I came into the dealership 3 times and did 2 test drives and these guys were very patient and courteous. Tim was a great salesman. He new the details of the various cars and trucks. He pointed out the different features and the best points of each vehicle. He was positive and very knowledgeable about the rebates and other items.
