rotated tires, did an oil change, everything was as good as could be expected for not having an appointment about an hour and a half wait
Gary Walp assisted me with the purchase of my new Malibu. He was extremely courteous and followed up with me on a couple of occasions. This is our fourth car my husband and I have purchase fro JBA over the years, so we are clearly pleased with their service and prices!
I scheduled my service appointment. I was in and out the door in a great time.. the customer waiting area had everything you need, while you wait for your vehicle.
I when to jba looking for a chev. traverse, I was met by sales consultant James Cuffley who was very knowlegable and helpfull. Chrissy in finance was also great.
The sales and the financing dept. looked after my best interest .Tim Bentley got me the S U V I wanted and that was right for me and my wife. Chrissy in finance went over and beyond.

Easiest and smoothest SUV purchase ever. Our sales guy, James Taylor got us the exact car I wanted, at a great price. Joe in finance was excellent as well. We will definitely come back when it's time for another purchase!
Mike Friend he's the Guy that made it happened for me. The true Finance departments was all good also that Gut made me feel real comfortable, my all-around experience with Chevy JBA car dealer was outstanding
