I see I'm not the only one with a complaint on this company. I have been with them since 2014. Use to have a rep come every year to update my web site and that stopped within 3 years. I'm a busy wedding florist. I was getting more business from The Knot and Wedding Wire than my website at $81.00 monthly. I contacted them numerous times with problems. customer for over 5 years. paid over $4800 +. no new customers from website. 400 views. they kept trying to get to pay more for nothing. then they sold the number and got me ton's of solicitors and NO NEW customers. tried to cancel several times. they work like comcast. Took 4 months. hate this company

Our Client Success department was closed as it was after hours so Mr. ********* was advised and agreed that he would need to call back the next day to request cancellation. Terrible results and it's impossible to cancel. We got a total of 2 leads that weren't qualified during the entire time our contract was in force.

My sales reps went M.IA. just a few months after I signed a 1 year contract. Hibu never reached out to me on a 1 to 1 customer service again all year. They never gave me or told me about a new representative being her replacement. Google analytics and Hibu dashboard do not seem to coincide with the traffic they reported. The representative when I canceled the contract, after 1 year, was snotty, he told me all the website errors that I spent hours correcting, would revert back if I left. Had signed up in oct 2020. Much was promised. Little came of it. Was told that if they did not live up to promises that I could cancel. 1 st lie. Had signed up for advertising in 3 major web sites google facebook bing. 2 nd lie she fend up for a specific amount per month this was increased without my approval 3 rd lie. Run. Run. Run. This program has lost me more income than it has brought it. We even had made it very clear of what we did not want them to mess with from the get go. Not only did they loose me a huge amount of work, But they delete your business page and take you off google. To make it look like your leads are only coming from them, When in reality they make it where no one can look you up unless its through there business. I cancelled HIBU after my years contract. I was promised by my salesman that what made Hibu better then their competition was the "partnerships that we would form", that they would "contact me on a regular basis to check in with me", and that "they are here for me". I signed up with my salesman and never personally heard from them again other then a monthly email report (just like I get from google). Consistently advertised services I didn't provide on my behalf. This is a serious matter since the service they advertised is illegal for me to provide. Set up a mirror website without my approval. Required micro-management of all social media and google ads by me. I hired them to manage these services so I didn't have to manage those accounts. Absolutely terrible customer service and business practices. Made several attempts to reach accounting department over an "unpaid" bill. Turns out our payment was lost in the mail by USPS as has been the case recently due to the pandemic. Completely understandable, but when trying to communicate this to their accounting representative I was told that they will still charge us the late fee and it will increase every time we refuse to pay it.
