----------Stay away from these SCAMMERS. ***y will stop at nothing to hassle you and steal your hard earned money!----------Hired HIBU to run my ads for and I have a full trail of emails asking them that they need to run my ads in my own ****** ads account and ******** ads account. Worst company ever. They will continue to **** after a so called contract is up. Stating you or your company gave them (verbal) permission to renew a bogus contract. Very Very shady company.. Basically just a huge scam, they are shameless.

terrible service. every time i called i couldn't contact my rep. *** i did it was just them telling me how i can just change my website myself. what was the point in hiring them if i had to do the work? *** i got the service i was told i could add things after i agreed and got my contract all i was told was yea go throw a 3rd party and add it yourself pay them on top of what you pay us. the design of the website is basic and not worth the monthly 200 dollars to manage witch again you have to make your own changes. i tried to... read more

This company is terrible to work with. I have called over and over, left messages once I was able to talk to someone- never once had we have a call back. They email all the time for my credit card info to continue having a service with their site.

I was charged without authorization. I did not want to join.Ive been calling to get my money reimbursed but their customer service is horrible.

Took 15k from my business over 6 months and in return they cut my total revenue by 80%. They are terrible, all promises and nothing to show for it. I own a residential moving company in ***********.

They charged me $1100 and said I will get a custom website which I never did everything that was on there is nothing we discussed I called to cancel they wouldnt cancel they stole my $1100 and couple weeks later they charge me $300 for a website and Im not even in business because the whole search Campaign is garbage and when you call there everyone hides behind their email or their phones theres no one to talk to I opened up a claim with them and they said theres nothing they can do its ridiculous how is big corporations ge... read more

I had pretty much the same experience with this company. Really poor customer service. Over $4000 out of pocket and not 1 phone call. I was promised the 1st page within 6 months. After 13 months it never got above the 8th page. REALLY POOR SERVICE ALL TOGETHER. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Hibu does not promise calls or the 1st page for the Listings product. We reviewed your dashboard and your results have been good. The website visits went down after you cancelled your Display ads. We reached out to your sales representative, and he advised a specific number of calls were never promised and he never promised the 1st page for online searches. What I think is that they are not ethical in doing business with their customers. They did not meet our dead line and took ****** plus from one of my bank accounts without me giving them the go ahead to charge my card. We had a deadline of November 1st of 2021 to go live with the new site and at that point nothing was done at all and I mean nothing , I thought it was a joke.
