Immediately they did not do what they said they would do in a timely manner as agreed and they did not keep appointments. I sent emails daily for the first couple weeks about this and still not better. We were approached by hibu door to door sales reps in February. We decided to use their service. After COVID hit we contacted our sales rep to see if they could hold our account (long shot but worth it). No response. Attempted to contact once more. Nothing. Then attempted to contact due there guarantee that they would bump up our SEO within our area. Based on Google metrics we had actually fallen within the time period with Hibu. This company misrepresented itself, I canceled ,hours after the charge was more than doubled, on what we agreed on. also no receipt. if there not a scam, I dont know what one is. They still have not refunded my 518.93 to my business acct. its been a month now! filed fraud with the bank on them, and also filed with the BBB the took my money out quick, but have not put it back in yet. Terrible customer service! I'm a new owner to an existing company. Old owner had a contract with Hibu. I have been trying to cancel with them for 2 years! They keep saying they have a 'verbal recorded confirmation' with the previous owner, a male I'm a female. I've asked them to provide proof of this confirmation and they can not. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company has done nothing but waste my time and lie and lie over and over again. I was promised a certain about of impressions (8,000-10,000) per month on my Facebook ads. I got around 3,000 impressions and 2 leads for the first month. I kept complaining and spent hours on the phone with my rep Greg Hutchinson, only to be told just give it another month. Company never stated that we would have to just uproot our current website for them to host on their platform and after several months of attempting to cancel they final sent an email saying they will cancel the contract but they will be billing for the 2 previous months for doing absolutely NOTHING. Absolutely terrible marketing company. Not only will they not attracting any business. But everything you paid them to do they will turn off as soon as you end your contract with them. I get not running your ads those cost money. But everything I paid to set up on google listing and much more is now completely erased. Horrible customer service!

When an account is cancelled in the Listings dashboard, the listings do not get removed. They just get unlocked so that any other 3rd party can lock or manage them if they choose. Hibu does not have control to remove reviews from a Google My Business listing. If the reviews were removed, the client needs to contact Google.
