This company is pure trash! The Sales Manger that started my campaign made countless promises to me. He stated that he could get my ads on front page of ****** in my area and beat my competition. I am in my 3rd month and they have not got me any "real leads" at all. I do not expect them to "give" me customers. Just get me leads and keep your promises. I started using their services last year with no return. No client calls. I had to pause the social campaign during my slow months, we do wedding photography. The web services kept running while the social ads campaign paused, now I can't get a hold of anyone to end the web services and the social campaign. I am willing to pay the rest of the social campaign, but not willing to pay an extra 2 months of web services that do nothing for me. I really wish I had read these reviews before even taking these people's call. Same as every other review here. First they called and promised me results, At no time they tell me I was bound by a six months " Contract". Then they raised the agreed amount and when I called to complain they tell me I agreed to it on a previous phone call, I did not. They charged me $1000.00/month and when I noticed in my bank statement and call they said " sorry, we have a contract". I simply called my credit card and charged it back. These pe... read more

What a scam!! Their sales guy who showed up and convinced us that he can increase our ****** reviews and improve our branding. He promised to let us choose the pictures and approve every ad. He lied. He messed our hours of operations and address on our website, the ****** reviews were actually ******** reviews that he lied about. He also created ads with distorted images that he could not fix. If you are thinking of using HIBU I would Highly advise you not to unless you know exactly what you're getting yourself into. In my case, the sales rep told me and made promises that were not upheld by the company itself. I was told that I could use their services by the sales rep for 3 months and if I was unhappy or didn't find the value in it then I could cancel. Come to find out, that is not the case at all. The contract was agreed to on 8/6/21 for the digital products. Search is a 6-month contract and Reviews for a 12-month contract. Client is unable to cancel at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

I should looked at the reviews on here before signing up with this company to do some advertising. Horrible experience...over promise and under deliver would be an understatement. When I called to voice my displeasure with the zero results they achieved they opened an internal claim/investigation. Within a day I had an email from them stating they didn't find anything wrong with their service. Shocker!! I'm sure there was no bias there. Our company used Hibu for a number of years, paying around $2,000 a month for their services. After coming to the conclusion that Hibu's services were not providing us value worthy of $2,000 a month, we decided to cancel our subscription. Hibu continued to **** us for months after we requested cancellation, forcing us to contact them countless times before they actually stopped billing us. Cancelled in writing and by phone and they continue to bill us and pile on charges to the bill every month. Continually calling our company and e-mailing after we told them that we do NOT owe any Invoices or fees to their company. This company IS nothing but scam artists and harassers. Keep it up and we will escalate this to the next level.

On June 15, 2015, the client, Cheryl ****** voice authorized a contract for three Net Silver Placements. On 01/27/21 Cheryl spoke to Hibu's Prime department and requested to cancel. Cheryl dropped off the line during the transfer prior to speaking to Hibu's Client Services team. A follow up email was sent to Cheryl that advised that she needed to call Hibu's Client Services team to request cancellation per the terms and conditions of her agreement, however no call was made to the Client Services team to request cancellation ... read more

Opt out requests disrespected and ignored. Two years ago I entered a request to opt out from their Yellowbook, which is frankly an anachronism and of possible zero use to anybody. In any case I do not want this waste of paper as far as I am concerned. I keep receiving these yellowbooks and I keep requesting on their website an opt out. They do not respect choices made by recipients. It is a mockery!

Our directories are now delivered by the United States Post Office. Each year the post office is notified of the consumers that do not wish to have a directory delivered and your address was included with the delivery of the book.
