Fraud and Lies! The local rep spent months working me to sign a contract. I finally agreed but with modifications, (90 days with guarantee of 5 leads a month), could cancel if it did not perform. The online associate was never available after the initial contact and neither was my local rep. I tried to email and call. No contact was ever reciprocated. Horrible company, makes a lot of promises but doesn’t deliver. I never received a new customer from any of the services they provided and all they wanted was that money out of my account every month. The real problem is that once you see they are doing you no good you cannot cancel the contract. Shady company and do not recommend

The worse company to do business with. they lie to you, their performance are terrible . all they did is a website that you can do by yourself or pay someone not so professional to do it, it will be the same quality. I've been told that if I cancel before 3 month I gonna have to pay for the full website ($450). 3 month after I see no result and I've tried to reach them out to update my website and no one did nothing, I decided to cancel it . Now they tell me I cannot cancel because I have contract for 6 month

DO NOT SIGN WITH HIBU IF YOU OWN A SMALL COMPANY...I own a very busy auto body shop and a representative aka salesman came out on a sales call about creating a website. To put it in nice terms..."he railed me right in" promises promises promises. Created a website and told me I would get at least 1 job a month from the website. I have gotten 1 call...in 5 months. They have had no problem in the 5 months taking my money. When we called the salesman and told them we were getting no business and that the website was not working... read more

If it was possible to rate 0 stars or negative stars I would!!!! This company is a sham! They have not done anything for our account for at least 5 years accept for charging our credit card a recurring charge. Shame on us for not catching it, however, we are a large company and this slipped through the cracks. We never received statements or emails for this account, they just charged our card every month. When we did call & cancel they wanted to squeeze one more month out but we changed credit cards so they were not able to.... read more

Bad bad bad customer service they want you to advertise with them on your business and the contact information is not correct and you cannot get them to update it they want money reguardless of your satisfaction.

Bait and switch company. I approached HiBu to help build and manage a membership website for a non-for-profit group. I gave them detailed instructions as to my needs and provided examples of other websites that provided the functions I wanted for our members website. They took on the task with great enthusiasm and without any doubts that they would be able to deliver a clear and well functioning product. Hibu does not deliver what they promise! They do not care about your business and their billing office is totally messed up. They continue to call about past due bills that were paid more than a year ago. You have been informed.

2/4-The client is long term in both print and digital marketing. In the past his account was set up as automatic draft. In 2018 the account was taken off automatic draft and the payments were received late resulting in late fees. We discussed the matter with the client and waived the late fee as a courtesy. No further late charges will be applied as long as payments are posted to the account in a timely manner.
