Scam Now they are saying I have agreed for more of their advertising. I quit 6 months ago...and they say I agreed to more...and they say pause... I did not pause... I quit. And now they call me every few days saying I owe them money. How can I owe when I quit.? And the Customer Service or Agent to work with is a REAL Fraud and Rude. Yes, I was a Client...my mistake...and now I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Bad all the way. Please do not walk away....Run fast from these cheats.

HiBU Inc Cedar Rapids IA I pay $710 a month to this company for digital Marketing. Over the last 3 months I have gotten a total of 3 appointments. Have called at least 15 time to my rep with no reply. None nothing. They knew I was looking for local advertising on social Media. The have sent out aprox 10,000 images a week.I can put am ad in my local shopper and get 20 views month. Ps You pretty much have to do it yourself.
We hired a digital strategist on thumbtack to later find out he is a sales rep for Hibu (when he already took our credit card info, and then connected our social media pages with Hibu) so we had no idea that we were "hiring" them. Our experience with Hibu has been terrible form the beginning, our Google my business got suspended when syncing it to their dashboard, and was suspended for a month, we've gotten maybe 2-3 calls from their google ads in 2 months (all from from people that live 6 hrs from where we are based), no me... read more
Horrible experience and customer service!! They said we agreed to a 6-month contract although we never signed anything, they said it was a verbal signature agreement. We have asked for the call recording several times and they have yet to produce it. They stop responding when we continue to ask questions. They failed to provide us with the services and results they had claimed they would do. I wish I had read the other reviews before signing up with this bunch. I decided to cancel with them and they wouldn't let me without calling in. I did and they still wouldn't cancel. They kept telling me how good a job they were doing, which I didn't want to hear because I had already signed up with another company. RUN AWAY. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! Tried it for 6 months at the tune of $2300 per month to generate personal injury clients. Did not garner a single new client. What I did get is a lot of SALES CALLS from spammers finding my website. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR EMPTY PROMISES. My mistake was that I did not ask for "references of CURRENT clients in my area". DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. HIBU does not work.

Incredibly poor results where my company was payings hundreds upon hundreds of dollars per customer lead. Far outside industry norms. Have had multiple conversations where initially our sales rep said they'd end or contract, later told that only the person that initially set up the account can cancel despite them not being employed at our company anyone or the owner must communicate directly to cancel. The company is total fraud and completely Incompetent. They promised me a professional web site, that would improve my searchability and drive business my way. What I got was a website full of errors, poorly designed with the wrong phone number for my business. I spent endless time going over corrections, made it clear I was leaning toward canceling of they didn't make the corrections.
