I started with Hibu in January 2023, and I was hoping to increase my business. I had to get into a 6-month contract. In 15 days remaining to 6 months, I have not received a single call or email lead. This people are a scam! They don’t provide the service they are asked to do! They make you sign a contract that does not correlate with what we asked for! They then sent us multiple emails that they are looking to send you to collections if you don’t pay them after 1 billing cycle! Do not ever use HIBU. They will not let you cancel after 6 months. If you send a 30 day written notice they tell you that you have to call. Then when you call they say you cannot cancel yet! I wish I read these reviews before hiring them!

You stated that we would not allow you to cancel after 6 months of the contract. The minimum 6 months is determined by billing months. The Display and Search were on statements billed from December 2022 through January 2023 and the Smart Online Present and Assistant products were billed on statements January 2023 through June 2023. Each product was included in 6 statements.
Total waste of $7500 for 6 months.. cancelled my contract as soon as I was able to. My website had 9000 visitors (majority from paid ads) and less than 200 contact forms were submitted during 6 month period. This company believes they have zero room for improvement and take zero accountability for poor performance.

We have a 6 month contract and stopped payment on the 6 month due to breach of contract. This company will tell you alot of lies with there sales reps and never follow through with what they promise. Never again will we recommend or use hibu.We are asking for total refund of 20000 dollars when this goes to court plus damages.

When notified, we reached out to Yelp and had the issue with the Yelp listing escalated and corrected. The Google listing must be verified by the Google postcard that was sent to the business. My contract date was 1122/22, trying to cancel 6 month plan and they wont allow me to. Saying that it is based off of billing. HIBU drg their feet 3 months implementing Social which I paid for in November, They will NOT accept my request to give notice, wont allow me to end contract on the 6 month anniversary, Wont supply the contract, despite requests. They are using out of date pictures and refuse to update what I suggest as to changing pictures. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Every time I’ve called and talk to someone about changes and try to get it to look decent. The person either quits or nothing really gets done. Definitely not done right.

Took advantage of my small business in my time of need. I do seasonal work and when fall rolled around I was approached by someone from hibu. Assuming they know I only did seasonal, they take me at my weakest point when winter is coming and con me out of a total of 3k ($500 for 6 month contract) I did a a single Facebook post with a giveaway drawing for my business and have gotten more engagement off of that than the 3 months I've been paying them to do nothing. Terrible experience with this company. Charges were always more than i was told. i spent about 7k with this company in a year and haven't had any work to compensate for the expense. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They get your credit card number and charge what they want. Will not offer compensation for anything.
