Hibu is terrible!!! Just like everyone else had said, they lock you into a contract and take your money!!! Promise all of these leads but I haven’t gotten anything remotely close to a lead. Maybe one request for a quote, a week. But every number I have called back, is a non working number. I am a building contractor and tried to tap into some areas I was lacking. Signed up with Hibu in December 2022, after an "in person" meeting with a sales rep and a video call with their seo expert. THIS IS A SCAM. The expert takes a look at your websites and online social media as if he's searching for errors and room for improvements. Of course he concludes that my company is in dire need of their marketing! Then proceeds to explain the advertising they do on Google and social media. Several times they state how they are Googles certified preferred partner! I never write reviews for anything, but I am doing this to help other business owners: DO NOT USE Hibu. We agreed to a 6 month contract with them to boost our web presence. They made the claims that are standard in fixing a myriad of issues with our online status, improve our SEO, etc. The fact is, they made some edits within the first 48 hours, then did nothing else. The minimum contract term is the months each product was billed. Since each of your products went live at different times, the products could not all be canceled at the same time. As we discussed all products were working as they should be, optimizations were completed monthly, and change requests are always welcome. We apologize for any frustration.

PSA do not do business with this company. From start to finish our experience was a nightmare. They offer and promise you the world to get you signed up along with expectations you have a dedicated account manager that reaches out monthly to assist in whatever needs you have. All lies, no help whatsoever, and have been trying to cancel this scam company since January. Scam-do not recommend! I was promised a number of things that Hibu would do for my business. Literally nothing they said was true. I pay $300 a month for absolutely nothing. And now I have to fight to get out of my contract. For instance, they contractually agreed to get more reviews for my business. While they did get me a number of 5 star ratings, none of these are available for public review! I am the only one who will ever see these ratings. Stuck in a nighmare with this company! I was promised and guarenteed 15-20 leads a month on the low end. For $1,000/ month I get "cutting edge technology on an agressive marketing campain, retracking customers who clicked, and getting the ads everywhere! Its going to be sooo great!" Thank you for reaching out. Leads are not something that is guaranteed. The agreed-upon amount was $1200 per month and a copy of the contract was emailed to you. Sales did not sign your name on the contract. The contract stated, “Telephone Authorized”. The Social ads work with A/B testing. The testing rotates. Terrible advertising company. Actually, let me correct that, terrible company. I dont know what advertising they really do. We used Hibu to advertise for a small construction company. We started in late 2020 when many businesses were getting pretty good business-- late 2020 to 2022 was a good for the housing industry with the low rates + money circling in economy. Absolute dog water. Our **** ************************** was never heard of after he sold us. I personality built a better website on GoDaddy after the fact. I was very clear I wanted to cancel my services... 6 months later and after multiple other requests to quit services, they still request money monthly. Horrible customer service. I decided to try ********************** based on some recommendations from some colleagues and maybe their service works well for them, but it didn't work for us and they were totally inflexible on how they set up your GoogleAd. They simply stopped responding to my emails, which were not unprofessional or rude. Their sales people on the other hand are extremely rude and arrogant.
