I signed up with this company for 6 months, in the last 4 months no rankings, no leads. What a waste of effort and monies. Can't wait to a go back to my prior web. They made promises and never delivered any, stay away from this company.

Only into day 5 with this company;and there wanting compleat access to my customers emails for marketing purposes. Terrible service. My sales rep Sue ********* and her boss Dave both quit because Hibu can't deliver on what she and her boss said they could do. I'm sure this happens a lot because they would not quit because of being pressured by only one account. You can never get in touch with anyone meaningful because they have a team to screen calls and then they put you into a hold que forever so you either hang up or they disconnect you after holding for 30 plus minutes. If I could give 0, I would be inclined to give after very poor customer service, below-poor follow-up, and no concern for me as a client. Horrible experience from the start My first sales rep Jacoby told me I would receive 4x times the amount of leads that i was getting from Facebook right away. (This was false) I was then told I had to sign a 6 month contract but could get out of it anytime if I called corporate( this was false) Ultimately I had to put my program on pause and go back to Facebook. I think they are very unethical! I want first start of saying they are scammers! They tell you they will get clients on the phone and or in your office and all you have to do is seal the deal! BEWARE!! Besides nonperformance and inadequate websites, it takes an act of Congress to cancel your account. The biggest waste of money and time ever. We cancelled our agreement after our 6 month contract numerous times. We had actually stopped using them after 3 months, but they wouldn't let us out of our contract. It has been another 3 months, and now they have to have a voice recognition program record me in order to cancel the contract. That is crazy. Every month I have to deny the credit card charges.
