Awful service, *** left company and no one ever reached out. Stay away from this company they are scammers. Then they want to charge you even after you have canceled services. They do nothing for your company and just steal your money!! the should be shut down

I have repeatedly cancelled this service and they keep telling me I did not. I am still getting billed and now phone calls from a fake legal team stating I owe money for a cancelled service. These people are ridiculous and are now extorting me for more money on services they didn't and don't provide. This level of harassment should not be legal. My calls and repeated cancellation requests should be sufficient to stop any bills.

Our real estate brokerage is locked into a 12 month contract and it's been a huge disappointment in terms of service provided for the money we're paying. We have used HiBu for several years for our business and have had little issues with service. With the changing conditions that businesses deal with, we were looking to expand our advertising options, but with HiBu owning and controlling the website (which we paid over $700 for) they have you locked in with only being able to use their services and they set the prices. 1 star is too generous for this company...I was called & pestered by salesman for months, i was told how horrible my existing marketing ************* was performing and how HIBU would transform my inbound leads...i was paying less for my existing website but HIBU salesman convinced me to switch website and *** services to HIBU...HORRIBLE DECISION!!!! I was with Hibu for the last 2.5 years and initially thought they were great. However, everything changed when they fired my sales representative, and since then, I've faced numerous issues. I canceled my service back in March and have proof of the cancellation dated March 7th. They assured me that I wouldn't be charged for April, and I have both a text message and an email confirming this. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I OWN A WI BUSINESS AND ********************** OFFERED THE BEST SERVICE AROUND BUT DID NOT DELIVER!!!
