I have been trying to cancel my Hibu account since July 3rd, 2024. I had a 6-month contract starting 1/8/2024 and was told I could not cancel until 8/16/2024. This made no sense to me, so I told them not to charge my account after 8/16/2024. Here I am on October 28, 2024, and they are still taking money out of my account, won't refund me, and can't get them to take their horrible website down. They had me add the call recording. Very disappointed with HIBU. They promise the world and deliver nothing. $1600/month for 4 months and only 3 legitimate leads. Once you complain or say anything negative about them, they stop returning messages and emails, totally radio silent. Dont walk, run away from them.

Our client’s concern was that Hibu did not deliver what was promised, however, when we partnered with the client, they were provided with a Statement of Work that stated they would receive 50-100 website clicks per month. Over the last 90 days, our client has received 1871 website visits, which exceeded expectations outlined in the statement of work they agreed upon.

It is almost hard to descibe in words how bad my experience with Hibu has been. They do not follow through with promises, they don't know what they're doing, although they will claim they're "experts" in marketing. I wasted so much of my hard-earned money on their gimics. To top it all off, when I called to cancel my services, they said I didn't give them enough notice and charged me for another month. I highly recommend you choose ANYONE but this poor excuse for a company.

************************. I hired them to help with my business but after 5 months we had 0 results and 1 terrible looking ad. Im not able to cancel until 6 months. And then they inform me that I have to call on several different dates to cancel my products. Do not waste your money with these swindlers.

Hibu is the worst company. I would never in a million years use them for my business or recommend. They made me sign a 6 month contract before proving themselves but promised it woudl be amazing. Since then I'm now paying about 2k a month. If I'm lucky I get 1 lead a month. Even after my company became bankrupt and closed they still keep charging me. I called my **** and called other people but they all hide behind the 6month contract and dont care that the service they provide is horrible, and got me no business. They don't... read more

We signed a 6 month contract with Hibu in Feb of 2023. In April of 2024 we contacted them with the intentions to cancel because we were not getting the leads they claimed we were and they told us we couldnt because our 6 months wasnt over. We agreed to pay for the 2 more months they claimed we owed on our contract just for them to continue to charge us well after and say the same thing when we tried to cancel again. Wish I looked at these reviews before wasting my time. A local *** contacted me. I liked the idea of someone local because out of state agencies often don't understand the nuances of our market. He asked for an in-person meeting, and after some preliminary calls to make sure he had what he needed to make the most of that time together, we set up an in-person meeting. Everything is over promised, and under delivered. We decided to stop using them last year because of how poor their performance was. They told us we would lose our website if we didnt pay a minimum fee. We continued paying the minimum fee till we figured out who else to use. Today I got a $1,400 charge because apparently they only paused the other portion. Its theft no matter how you look at it. Disputed the charge, and will blast them everywhere I can.
