This company is all about getting you to sign their contract, it is all done on a laptop, the do not disclose there is a like on the contract to click on that discloses the term and conditions and they do not tell you all of the Terms and Conditions when going over the contract. They tell you about how they will enhance your company and then have you sign their contract on their laptop. Product did not deliver the results the salesman said it would. Over priced beyond belief (full year contract I was never told about) and cancellation was impossible. They are now threatening court due to 2 months not paid because I had to stop payment through my bank - because I couldnt get someone to cancel over the phone. Pathetic business tactics. And the thousands of miserable reviews shows Im not the only one dealing with this.

Gonna try this again since it never works. I would give the negative stars if possible. This has been the biggest mistake my company has ever made was working with HIBU. So in August I hired HIBU for advertising because our company was getting bigger. Our sales rep was Julie Stover and she advised I go with a $3,900 6 month contract. if i can give zero stars i will. this company is a complete scam. i have a demolition and hauling company and paid these guys to advertise my company in 6 months i did not receive one client. i was out a little over $9,000. luckily i got $4,000 back from my Credit card issuer but still out $4k. they took down my website as well. I was surprised when one of their agents came to my business and bold-face lied to the owner that they were told by one of my staff members over the phone to come in an speak to our company about doing business with them. What a terrible way to introduce your company by lying about speaking to someone just to get your foot in the door. Don't do business with them, they can't be trusted!

Stay away from these guys. They have a "Set it and forget it" mentality, take forever to get back to you, and will generally not be the best option when trying to advertise digitally. They'll try to up charge/sell you on things you don't need and will push back even after you explain why you don't need it.
