Hibu is hands down the worst marketing company Ive ever worked with. I would say read the contract carefully but do yourself a service and dont even bother looking at there dirty contract and scumbag terms. Avoid them like the plague they are horrible. Absolute scoundrels. They nickel and dime and what was presented was not what I was charged they kept promising to bring my monthly rate down but repeatedly charged my card more than they said they would.

Had a terrible experience with Hibu. I needed to cut costs and cancel this service, and had a lengthy phone call with an aggressive salesman where he berated me for cancelling. I wasn't even sure I would be "allowed" to cancel their services. No customer service specialist should ever treat a client like this. I assume it is company policy. The second I said I would need to talk to a supervisor, his tone changed and I was allowed to cancel.

Do not trust this company with your money. Their customer service department gives you a different answers to your questions depending on the day. I have been trying to cancel my account with them since November and am still getting charged. They do not care about small businesses and just want your money.

Hibu is the worst company that exists. Terrible customer service. My first salesperson quit after about a month after signing up. I was assigned two additional sales people over the course of my **************************************************** about paying a $199/fee upfront. New salespeople were clueless. I shopped a couple SEO companies and went with HIBU because the sales person was good at convincing me of the quality and expertise of this company. This company is not very honest. I subscribed to this service hoping to improve my website traffic and online presence. They locked me into a 12-month contract for $55 per month after three months my website traffic had diminished to zero clicks..... needless to say, they would not talk to me about results and discontinuing their worthless service contract. I would leave negative stars if it were possible. My company was thriving until they came along. First they told me I could work with them on a month to month basis. I would also give a negative review if I could. These guys are all about money in their pocket while providing minimal results. They dont keep up on ****** algorithms at all and expect you to and then keep them advised on what your keywords need to keep changing to.
