He is thee most slimest, fake, money hungry salesmen I have ever worked with. And to make it worse this individual is my neighbor that lives 3 houses down. We had hoped HIBU would be the answer to our small business marketing. We were wrong! All zeros for me. Ive been paying way too long and for nothing!!! Shame on me. They cant seem to get anything right over and over same problems. And they do nothing to make things right with me on all the money Ive spent with them. Absolutely horrible company. Classic fine print scam company. Over promises under delivers. Over priced. Locked into contract. Needs 15 days to cancel. Gave them 7 and I'm going to still be charged another ****. Lost my business forever. Definitely would not recommend. Nothing good to say about the company. Horrible. We cancelled our account two months ago. After we cancelled, we were billed again. We called Hibu and they informed us that we didn't cancel "everything". We again reiterated that we wanted to "Cancel Everything" on that phone call. A month later we received yet another bill. After yet another call, the same song that "the account cancellation wasn't saved this time" was their excuse. I guess let's see what they do now.

We had been working with Hibu for the past 20 years, of course they weren't Hibu back 20 years ago and have changed to become more of a digital company. As of June of 2022, they quit printing the phonebook and AUTO CONVERTED our account from printed ad to a digital listing verification(mobile boost?). Essentially verifying our info is correct on a variety of website. They over promise and under perform, their rates are ridiculously high. And if you try to cancel your services you have to call a specific number that no one answers. Ive called over 15 times, emailed, called the main line to be forwarded no success. THEY SHOULD BE SUED! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I wish there was 0 stars! Total scam! I have canceled with them several times. They continue to bill. I have argued, they continue to bill. Finally reached someone to help me after I paid off the "monthly billing"...which they charge a service fee for....said no cancellation was put in! Then they "opened an investigation" on IF I canceled several months before. I have notes, dates, times, balance to pay off, when contract would end and my cancellation would be effective.
