The long story short is I used their services for years and didnt have a lot of bandwidth to see if it was working or not. Well, they convinced me to up my marketing campaign to around $4k/mo and we tried it for about 6 months. Little to no difference and I thought maybe it was just me guessing it wasnt working. Hired them in ********* to do my social media advertising. ********* messed up our marketing campaign for 3 months straight. We had enough and wanted to cancel. His response while laughing was I can mess up every month and theres nothing you can do, you signed a 6 month contract. One ad was a AI version of our building that was not approved by me!!! Once they get a contract signed you are dead to them.

The services sold were not delivered on. The price we paid for the results was way overpriced. They shut our website off in the middle of a transition to a new website experts after 2 years and paying them close to $4,000+ monthly. When we asked questions about very specific things, they would not answer. The quality of the content posting and other items would be rated 1 out of 10. I second the zero stars. Had us sign a 6 month contract that procured no valid leads for our business. Color scheme and any changes took weeks if not months to happen. VERY DISSATISFIED. When we tried to cancel our six month contract, at the six months, they said we had another "two months" of contract that we were responsible for (local ranking). That apparently didn't take effect right away and required we maintain the full contract for. SO our six months turned into eight, and I am not sure they will honor the notice then... read more

I would leave zero stars if I could. The website design looked decent but there was absolutely no marketing done. Why did I pay so much money for a website that generated almost no leads. We get more business through word of mouth than their website ever got us.

They take your money every month but do nothing in exchange UNLESS you buy one of the 1k monthly minimum plans. When you call they are patronizing and communicate as if they are incredibly helpful regardless of your personal experience. I wish I had cancelled sooner.
