I had a very bad experience with the Financing agent. He had a bad attitude and treated me and my daughter so unprofessional.
From the start, difficult to set up a simple appt. , every operator was redirecting me to someone else, jad to call 3 times to confirm my appt., once at the dealer I got asked several times in an aggressive way if I wanted to sell/trade-in my car, then got presented with a long list of services (my relatively new) car needed while I came for a simple recall service, not to fix other things.
I made an appointment, bur that was irrelevant. It's 1st come, 1st served. The service writers are worthless. Their job seems to be deflect & ignore. I asked to talk to somebody who could actually help me & was told the service writer didn't understand what I wanted. Never coming back here.
I bought an aftermarket alternator 3 years ago and even though I am retired and drive much less, it already failed. If you’re going to sell junk parts please let me know in advance!
I brought perfect car for oil change, received car with battery atZERO! Antifreeze tank empty!
Drained 3months new battery to ZERO! What are chances? New in, zero out of service
Not too happy with my service agreement I did get the first 5 free however it really wasn’t service more a maintenance check up
