I recently visited Findley Toyota for service and was disappointed with the decline in customer service and excessive charges. Every item on my bill seemed to be overpriced. There were no car rentals available. I scheduled an appointment and It seemed like having an appointment meant nothing to the team. Rating: 1/5 stars
Been coming here for years (from across town). Felt I overpaid and services took too long.
I payed for a complete checkup and was not told about the wrong battery in the truck and that it was swollen and about to burst. And the tires were bad too. And I payed for alinement that day I’m not sure they did anything that I asked and I paid $1000 for a oil change what a rip off joint.
This dealership is the most terrible dealership group in the whole west coast part of the country and the staff are very rude and lies too much and I highly do not recommend going to any Findlay Auto dealership group at all.
They were very busy, Brandonntried to get the engine oil leak repaired, he said the extended warranty provider said clean it, I was there for 3.5 hours without the repairs being done due to the extended warranty company. I have skin cancer gene, have had 4 melanomas, lost cousins to skin cancer, concerned this leak could be very dangerous having the skin history.
Not satified with mechanics. It seems like they dont know what their doing. They cant find whats wrong with my car. So theyre blaming it on the strut that i just boughr brand new. They also want me to get a wheel alignment and balancing. Bust i just got that done when i bought 4 brand new tires. I dont think they even checked it
Toyota didn't check the tire valve caps, and the personnel assured me that everything was in order. However, when I got home, I discovered that all four wheels were missing them. This is really disappointing!
