The service dep. was wonderful. The sales and finance guys were Snakes! I would never purchase another Vehicle here.
The invoice for the work performed was not adequate. Was charged for a wheel alignment and there was no report showing which wheels needed the alignment.
The service manager that I dealt with on this visit was supposed to get back to me about paint issues I had and has not reached out to me about it.
The personnel at Toyota Finley are very helpful, and always take time to explain everything that is being done to my car. I appreciate their professionalness
The people were nice and thought they were help ing. They knew the problem with my vehicle but said there was nothing they go do about it. I was so up set and confused that that couldn’t fix my vehicle that I went straight to the Honda and traded it in because they said oh well. So I will be. Getting service at Honda.
Didn't like the fact that their diagnostic was wrong! . They said I needed a $279 battery when I did not I took it to AutoZone and the battery check was 100% good taking cu stomers hard earned money doesn't sit well with me . Will not be returning to this dealership
Poor customer service. I had to wait 5hrs(did not want to go home and double back) the dealership was about to close. The DCM on my car needed updating. I got one update via text it was taking longer than expected. Then with 20 minutes left til closing I found the agent to find out what was going on with the car. He told me the car will have to be left overnight to finish the update. He would give me a rental to get home. While walking over to the office I saw my car parked as if it was done. Well, my wife called down there six different times about our windshield that got cracked and we paid $75 to replace it. I told him I had the insurance for that. They told me I didn’t. I got the manager at Service. He told me I didn’t have it and I had to go check myself, when I bought the car insurance I bought my wife’s been down there three times so I finally had to go down there and figure it out.
