Pay attention to details. Tire light sensor on. I told the service writer, showed him. He said he would take care of this. Then texted SUV is ready. All set, good to go he said. Started the SUV up. Light still on! Details. So the service write is blind! No checks and balances. He put air in the spare. Light went off. You people didn't check the air in the other tires. I had service over a month ago and my Toyota app still shows that it hasn’t been done so I don’t know if this is a new recall or not. I’ve called three times and still nothing‘s been corrected. I had warranty work to do and not only did they not call me when the parts were in I had to call them.
Went down for a transmission drain and fill and diagnostic for a problem with my transmission and a horrible smell when the car is on and got no answers and told i shouldn't do the tranny drain and fill even though that could possibly show what the problem is. My car is still under warranty and i paid a ton of money for it and want it fixed, not too happy.
Horrible service! I hate going here because they always sell me stuff I don't need!
After waiting 3 weeks to have running boards and body side molding installed, I finally my new Highlander in yesterday. After 2 hours the service rep told me that they ordered the wrong running boards. After waiting another 3 hours, they installed the body side molding at the very bottom of the doors. It does absolutely no good in preventing damage from someone opening a door and denting the car.
Poor communication from initial service advisor. Was not contacted following day that vehicle was completed
The employees are great but the system isn't good. I didn't leave until 11 am I should have been out of there at least 9:30.
