I am not recommending Findlay Toyota Henderson NV . They lied to us me and my husband wanted to trade our chevrolet truck to Tacoma truck we where asking 42k for our truck according to some research and a couple other dealers offer, we went to Toyota Henderson they offered us 43k and they told us we will save tax for around 4k if we buy from them so we took deal . Then they lied to us regarding interest rate first was %7.9 when sgined the paperwork the interest rate was %11 .we catch it in the last minutes we have them change all the paperwork and change it back to %7.9 Do be careful with them they clearly take advantage of people especially who no have experience.
They take advantage to people who needs more knowledge with their purchase options. They make false promises too.
I purchased a used nissan and I go to toyota to usually buy toyota cars. I got lied by Joe Romero that i will get a $1000 discount on the car and then he said he will not give me the discount but I will get apr 14%. I ended up with apr 19% and no discount for the car at purchase
Ordered a 2024 Grand highlander. We waited 3 months for delivery. Salesperson calls us to tell us our car arrived. We find our car in front of dealership with an $7899 market adjustment added on. We left heartbroken and confused. Going to more honest dealership. Praying one day they will get rid of the dealership and have direct to consumer sales.
Terrible dealer. Came in looking for a Toyota corolla of the year and asked for any color other than white. He tries to convince me to buy a white corolla and completely does not understand I don’t want a white car. He then tells me about this 100% refundable $500 reserve fee to let me know what other corollas are coming and the next 2 days I get no word from him. Asked for the refund and never even submitted the form we filled out
Worst experience of my life and will likely not buy a Toyota ever again. I was talked to you by five different salesman, and I was very clear about what I was able to pay and what I was able to do. What I signed ended up turning out to be a wrong monthly payment amount when I talk to the financial manager. And then because there was an issue with you guys running my credit (which you you ran it over 10 times) my interest rate went up from 11% to 13%. I would like to give a zero star, but the system won't let me. They call me to bring in my leased vehicle so they can buy it back before the lease is up and then they demand me to pay them $2000 for it!!! So, for them to make money from my leased car, they want me to pay them so they can earn twice. This is after wasting an hour of my time and after I have told them multiple time that they have contacted me to bring the car in for early break in the lease and not me initiating it! A painful experience…. poor staff and service….I gave them a second chance. There will not be a third.
It took over 2 hours for an oil change. It is now leaking all over the garage floor
