Payam needs to improve his after-sale customer service. I purchased an antenna cover but received a wrong size even though VIN was provided. So, I text Prayam to coordinate with service department manager to waive an installation fee because I have to travel back and forth just to pick up the item but he ignored my request.
Jordan and the team are great but the follow through from the service dept did still not complete errors reported on the vehicle 1) Explained to Luis & Jordan the scuffed paint job on the top of the vehicle and after 2 attempts to bring in to service, still not fixed (don’t think is ok Jordan or Luis as falls on the team doing the actual work in the service shop with pictures to prove) 2) Still reverse camera sensor does not have a notification or warning sound so have multiple times hit items behind the vehicle (trashcans a... read more

She was very helpful, but the others people tell me I have to get a new tire $260. Because they can't fixer, that was not true I fixer it for $25. I don't trust anyone over there, that was I call stilen from costumer's.
Staff including Will did not take the time to listen to my concerns . I was rushed and the entire process seemed like they were just trying to push my service order in and out .
Service assessment was not done properly. Unfortunately unnecessary work and charges are added for being a regular customer.
Got sold a car with mechanical issues. Asked to change vehicles multiple times with the managers managers and nothing was ever done. Not even a phone call returned.
The ladies that are located behind the cashier desk are absolutely lazy, rude, and helpless. They will not do anything that involves going a little extra for the customer. All I asked from them was to look up the Toyota Visa Rewards telephone number due to not having any phone service while inside of the Findlay Toyota dealership, they refused to do that and the more seasoned one just sits at her desk, messaging on her phone, giving smirks.
